A: You may return an item in the original condition within 24 hours of purchase. All reduced-price items are final sale only!
Q: Can I have my items back if they aren't sold?
A: We will agree when you submit your items about whether you wish to pick up unsold items or have them donated.
Q: I received a notice 3 weeks ago to come in and pick up my unsold items, but they were gone when I arrive today. Why?
A: As outlined in the "How it Works" guidelines, you will be notified to come in and pick up unsold items after the 3-month commission period. Unclaimed items will be donated after 1 week due to lack of storage space. Thank you for understanding.
Q: Why are your opening hours so limited?
A: Since I am the sole owner and employee at Twice for Kids, my time is divided between submissions, bookkeeping, and refilling empty shelves to make sure there is plenty for you to choose from when you come in to shop.
Also, I am a mother and time with my family is important. If you are only able to come in during times when I am closed, send me a message and we will work something out. Thank you for understanding!
Q: Why did you sell that dress for only 50 SEK when I bought it for 200 SEK?
A: What an item will sell for depends on a number of reasons including the item's condition, relevance, brand, original price and simply what customers will pay for it. I have a realistic and experienced idea of what price-point to place on your items, but if you disagree, let's have a dialogue.
Q: Is it possible to pick up my commission during the 3-month sale period?
A: No, unfortunately you may only have your commission after the 3-month consignment period is complete, since it is otherwise a lot of extra paper work and time for me.
